The training division of the Directorate is responsible for planning and coordinating both internal and external Information Communication Technology (ICT) based trainings and workshops for the university. It is the geared towards bridging the digital gap and has well equipped laboratories at the Bosso, Gidan Kwano and Suleja Campuses respectively.

The division collaborates with professional partners such as the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), IBM Academy, CISCO Academy, HUAWEI etc to achieve its mandate. It has also engaged in carrying out training of less privileged in emirate councils and public senior secondary schools students as part of the University’s Corporate Social Responsibility.
